First Bank Mortgage - Mikayla Bales

Born in Juneau, raised in “the valley” and was one of the first graduating classes of Thunder Mountain High School. Mikayla is as Juneau as it gets.

Started in the real estate industry in 2018 as an Escrow Assistant and quickly progressed to an Escrow Closer with our own Alaska Escrow & Title.

Mikayla took her experience to Washington state and was a part of the Top 10% closing teams in the Nation.

Despite her success, Mikayla's heart remained tethered to her Alaskan roots. In 2022, she made the heartfelt decision to return to Juneau, knowing it is the perfect place to raise her daughter.

Re-joining the First Bank family, Mikayla seamlessly integrated back into the rhythm of Alaskan life.

In her return, Mikayla has actively participated in her community. Attending school board meetings and being a member of the local Filipino Community.

In her free time you can find Mikayla volunteering at her daughter’s school or dining at her many favorite local restaurants.
